1, Due to the inability to run MGEScan_LTR on modern Linux platforms, LTR_retriever does not support MGEScan_LTR any more. 2, Implement the recovery mode. Now you can continue interrupted runs from major steps. Specify -step [Init|Major|Trunc|Promask|Library|Next] based on STDOUT info. See more details with -h. 3, Implement a new module to clean up LTR internal regions nested in internal regions. Significantly reduce the size of library without impeding quality.
