Release version 1.0: getBestNNIForBran was completely rewritten to accomodate 5 branch optimization. The code was also changed in a way so that it should be less error prone. After this release, substantial changes will be made to the code. The tree search code in IQTree kernel is now considerably stable. Thus, this release can be used to benchmark future versions
