This is his description of the changes:

a) src/include/Makefile.am  for config_F90.h:
grep finds too much without the ^, same fix as for another config*.h file

b) src/h_sys/ob_lead.F90:
Using
    td_pot(0:n_steps+1, NLEADS)
is invalid with implicit none, if the
    integer :: n_steps comes later than td_pod.
That fixes the compilation on a picky compiler. (With a very picky
compiler one probably can find more such instances; this picky compiler
seems to only reject expressions and accepts "0:n_steps" (only) with
default options.)

c) build/svn_release_number.sh
That script does not seem to work here without the  grep '$Id: ' as
otherwise the script itself it picked up (or something like that).
Additionally, I made the script a bit more readable.
